Return Period: Products can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return for the product you wish to return, you must contact Swagrise within this time frame.

Shipping Costs: The customer will bear the shipping costs for returns. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned products are safely delivered to Swagrise.

Personalized Products: Personalized products, being specially made, cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the product itself or with the personalization. However, if there is an error with the product or personalization, customers can request a return or exchange within 15 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All accessories and documents provided with the product must also be returned.

Return and Exchange Processes: If you believe there is a fault with the product or its personalization, please contact Swagrise customer service. Your request for return or exchange will be processed after examination. Once the return or exchange is approved, relevant instructions will be provided to the customer.
